August 18 – 22, 2025

Get ready for another week of fun and adventure featuring daily Christ-centered bible lessons and meaningful worship sessions. Enjoy swimming, sports, games, mountain biking, high ropes, zip line, archery, pedal carts, a petting farm, and plenty more exciting events and amusements, including our annual Talent Show!

There are no space limitations at Camp Arnes so there is plenty of room for your kids to invite all of their friends!

Registration is open to boys and girls aged 9-15 (entering grades 4 thru 10) as of September 2025.

The fee per child is $300 plus GST ($315) and includes transportation, accommodations, all activities, meals, snacks, and tuck.

Financial assistance is available upon request and a discount will apply to multiple children being registered from the same household.

CRC Bible Camp appreciates the confidence that parents demonstrate by entrusting their children to our care. While we anticipate a safe & fun-filled week, we also acknowledge that certain challenges can occur, whether that is in the behaviour of campers and staff, or from unforeseen risks and accidents which may arise unexpectedly. It should be noted that the safety of all campers and staff remains our number one priority. Therefore, the following guidelines have been enacted to ensure that everyone attending camp can enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience:

1. The Parents/guardians submitting this form are only those having legal custody of the child. Conditions of custody, if applicable, must be fully communicated in writing to the camp.
2. The parents, recognizing that CRC Camp will do its part to provide qualified staff and a safe environment, agree to assume all risks and to release Covenant CRC and the councillors from any liability due to injury, loss or damage that may occur to the camper or personal property. In the event of serious illness, accident or other emergency, the parents will be notified as soon as possible.
3. Each camper must be covered by Provincial Health or equivalent medical insurance.
4. All prescription medication must be presented to the camp medical staff in the original prescription container. All medications will be administered by camp medical staff. Please do not send non-prescription medication unless camper is using them on a regular basis (ie. Tylenol).
5. All campers must pay the full fee whether they arrive late or depart early. Registration refunds will not normally be granted after August 15th, 2024.
6. The Camp Director reserves the right to dismiss any camper or staff member who, in his/her opinion, is a hazard to the safety and rights of others or who appears to have rejected the reasonable controls of the camp. Should this occur, the camp fee is non-refundable.
Parent / Guardian Consent:
a. I/We have read and agree to the Conditions of Enrolment as stated for the CRC Bible Camp.
b. I/We give permission for our child to participate in all camp activities including boating, canoeing, kayaking, wall-climbing, archery, zip line, etc. (NOTE: All activities are fully supervised by trained and qualified personnel)
c. I/We do hereby give consent for CRC Camp to secure medical treatment for the camper while in their care and to arrange appropriate professional medical treatment in an emergency situation.
d. I/We give permission for the medical staff to administer required medication.
e. I/We give permission for qualified staff to administer an Epipen if required.
f. I/We give permission to CRC Bible Camp to use photographs/videos of the camper for promotional materials.
g. I/We will notify the camp in writing if any change occurs in the camper’s health within 6 weeks prior to attending camp.
h. I/We certify that the information provided for enrolment is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Cheques: Cheques should be made payable to Covenant CRC with a line note “Camp Registration”.

E-transfer: Payment can be made by EFT to the church office at office@covenantcrc.ca . When performing an EFT, please put Camp 2025 and your Child’s Name in the message box. A formal confirmation and receipt will follow.

What to Bring

The enclosed packing list is our official guideline and can be used in preparing your child for camp. Note: Never send personal electronics or money to camp. Items left behind or unclaimed after camp will be collected and kept at the church for 30 days before being donated.

Available staff positions are: Adult Counselor, Junior Counselor, Nurse / Doctor, Cook, Kitchen staff, Sports Director, Lifeguard, Crafts, and Music. Covenant Bible Camp is fully staffed by a capable team of qualified and committed individuals. All staff are pre-screened according to current applicable standards for child welfare, and are further trained & equipped to ensure the maximum safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

Camp Staff includes: An on-site Licensed Nurse or Doctor, First Aid & CPR certified adult counselors, a Certified Lifeguard, a senior pastor or member of clergy, male and female spiritual counselors, junior counselors, and a dedicated kitchen crew that provides nutritious meals and snacks daily.
