CRC Bible Camp at Camp Arnes
August 17 – 21, 2026
Get ready for another week of fun and adventure featuring daily Christ-centered bible lessons and meaningful worship sessions. Enjoy swimming, sports, games, mountain biking, high ropes, zip line, archery, pedal carts, a petting zoo, and plenty more exciting events, including our annual Talent Show!
Registration is open to boys and girls aged 9-15 (entering grades 4 thru 10) as of September 2026.
Older than grade 10? Become a Leader in Training today!
The fee per child is $350 and includes transportation, accommodations, all activities, meals, snacks, and tuck. Financial assistance is available through our scholarship program.

Leaders in Training
We are excited to once again offer the Leaders in Training Program this summer!
Leaders in Training runs during our regular week of camp, but is specifically designed for youth entering grades 11 and 12 in the fall.
Throughout the week, Leaders in Training will be mentored and guided as they learn what it means to lead in a camp setting. Each Leader in Training will be assigned to a cabin where they will serve alongside a Cabin Leader who will help mentor and encourage them throughout the week.
Cost: The cost for leaders in Training Camp is only $250! This cost helps cover the food and expenses for the week, while also reflecting the added responsibility that comes with this leadership role.
Application Process: While Leaders in Training takes place during our regular week of camp, this program is a step into a greater leadership role. Leaders in Training are not simply campers; they are being equipped to serve, encourage, and help create a great camp experience for younger campers.
Because of this, youth interested in joining the Leaders in Training Program will complete an application and participate in an interview process. This will give us an opportunity to talk through expectations, answer questions, and help them understand what this role looks like, all while gaining valuable interviewing skills that can be used for the rest of their lives!
FUN! While there are expectations that come with being a Leader in Training, we still want them to enjoy camp! Throughout the week, there will be designated times where Leaders in Training will be free from responsibilities and able to participate, connect, and enjoy the camp experience.
Payment Methods
Cheques: Cheques should be made payable to Covenant CRC with a line note “Camp Registration”.
E-transfer: Payment can be made by e-Transfer to the church office at office@covenantcrc.ca . When performing an EFT, please put Camp 2026 and your Child’s Name in the message box. A formal confirmation and receipt will follow.
Cash: Payment can be paid with cash before the payment deadline at Covenant CRC, during office hours.
Note: All payment is due before the first day of camp, August 17, 2026

What to Bring
The enclosed packing list is our official guideline and can be used in preparing your child for camp. Note: Never send personal electronics to camp. Items left behind or unclaimed after camp will be collected and kept at the church for 30 days before being donated.
