CRC Bible Camp appreciates the confidence that parents demonstrate by entrusting their children to our care. While we anticipate a safe & fun-filled week, we also acknowledge that certain challenges can occur, whether that is in the behaviour of campers and staff, or from unforeseen risks and accidents which may arise unexpectedly. It should be noted that the safety of all campers and staff remains our number one priority. Therefore, the following guidelines have been enacted to ensure that everyone attending camp can enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience:

1. The Parents/guardians submitting this form are only those having legal custody of the child. Conditions of custody, if applicable, must be fully communicated in writing to the camp.
2. The parents, recognizing that CRC Camp will do its part to provide qualified staff and a safe environment, agree to assume all risks and to release Covenant CRC and the councillors from any liability due to injury, loss or damage that may occur to the camper or personal property. In the event of serious illness, accident or other emergency, the parents will be notified as soon as possible.
3. Each camper must be covered by Provincial Health or equivalent medical insurance.
4. All prescription medication must be presented to the camp medical staff in the original prescription container. All medications will be administered by camp medical staff. Please do not send non-prescription medication unless camper is using them on a regular basis (ie. Tylenol).
5. All campers must pay the full fee whether they arrive late or depart early. Registration refunds will not normally be granted after August 4, 2026.
6. The Camp Committee reserves the right to dismiss any camper or staff member who, in their opinion, is a hazard to the safety and rights of others or who appears to have rejected the reasonable controls of the camp. Should this occur, the camp fee is non-refundable.
  Parent / Guardian Consent:
a. I/We have read and agree to the Conditions of Enrolment as stated for the CRC Bible Camp.
b. I/We give permission for our child to participate in all camp activities including boating, canoeing, kayaking, wall-climbing, archery, zip line, etc. (NOTE: All activities are fully supervised by trained and qualified personnel)
c. I/We do hereby give consent for CRC Camp to secure medical treatment for the camper while in their care and to arrange appropriate professional medical treatment in an emergency situation.
d. I/We give permission for the medical staff to administer required medication.
e. I/We give permission for qualified staff to administer an Epipen if required.
f. I/We give permission to Covenant CRC, Transcona CRC, and Camp Arnes to use photographs/videos of the camper for promotional materials.
g. I/We will notify the camp in writing if any change occurs in the camper’s health within 6 weeks prior to attending camp.
h. I/We certify that the information provided for enrolment is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
